Customer service is very good. Al, the agent who helped me, is exceptional. I arrived promptly at 7:30 for NYS vehicle inspection. After more than two hours, I was told that my car passed inspection BUT that it needed a AC filter, rear window wiper, and an oil change, which I agreed to, ONLY because I was told it would take about 20 minutes. Upon arrival everything went smoothly, The staff are super courteous and professional and stayed in touch via text with updates.
