My thoughts
I purchased a Forester on 11/12/11 and wish to take a minute or two to tell you of my experience. Too often we are too busy to take the time out to make note of individuals that go above and beyond what is expected..
It all starts with Sergio. A real class gentlemen and top notch salesman. Not only did he know his product frontwards and backwards he was more than willing to go out of his way to close the deal. He even came in on his off day. He was interested in my thoughts and concerns and answered them with the authority of very self confident and knowledgeable sales person. I have since sent 2 friends there to purchase a vehicle and they were equally impressed with Sergio and in fact made the purchase. Every time I come back he takes the time out of his busy schedule to say hi and inquire how things are going.
I have had a couple of issues with my check engine light. At other dealerships my concerns would fall on deft ears, acting like I was more of a bother than a customer. But here Nicole and Cheryl go out of there way to get things moving and on both occasions they response was not how long we can prolong the issue but rather their response was "how soon can you get the car here". Same day resolution of a problem is unheard of; but not at your dealership. These two ladies are very through and knowledgeable.
They not only explain the process and resulting concerns thoroughly, they put one at ease. They make the repair process flow with the greatest of ease.
These 3 individuals are real keepers.
So with a tip of the hat i give my thanks for a job well done. I am looking forward to many year of great relationship.

Just wanted to let you know I have been dealing with BK for years. In December I pickup my 4th Subaru 5th vehicle in total. Stewart Lesser handled all and it has always been a great experience for us. He knows what we want/need, makes the process easy and is always responsive to any questions or concerns.
Your service department has also been great. Any necessary work is fully explained and completed on time.

2012 Impreza Purchase
Maryann - We picked up my car on 12/12/11. It took me a while to get around to this, but I wanted to let you know how pleased we were. This is my "google" review.
I had Sergio as my sales consultant and he was fantastic. My husband and I walked into the dealership, walked around the lot, saw the new 2012 Impreza hatchback - took it for a test drive and bought it that day. I didn't even do any research on the internet until after I had purchased it, but was pleased to learn what we instinctively knew - that it is a great car. Sporty looking, stylish, and handles very well. Everyone at Bill Kolb was exceedingly professional and we appreciated it. I love my new car!

I purchased my 2011 Subaru Impreza in Yonkers and I love it. The reason I purchased it in my own town was because I thought it would be convenient for service especially since the salesperson told me they would probably be open on Saturdays for service beginning in the fall. This was not the case and when I called to set something up for a late afternoon, I was told to leave it overnight and pick it up the following day. I contacted Bill Kolb Subaru and the experience was wonderful. Every person I met were wonderful. Hindsight is 20/20 but if I had to do it again, I would have purchased my car at Bill Kolb. I certainly will be for my next Subaru.
Impreza 2012
Just picked up a 2012 Impreza I had on order and I LOVE it! I expected a small delay on arrivaly of of 2012 impreza but, it actually came in early! Thanks bill kolb sales team! Bob and Chris it was a pleasure! I will be back for my first service!

Love , Love, Love my new Subaru Legacy Elite! I would highly recommend Bill Kolb Subaru. They made my first Subaru buying experience a perfect one! I will be back for service even though im 50 miles away! Great Place!

Had a problem with my 05 impreza it wouldn't start and Bill Kolb Subaru was polite enough to give me a loaner to go to the Palisades Mall for a few hours while my Subaru was in service. When I returned my car was still not complete as some parts needed to be ordered! Greg offered me a loaner to take home for the night. I was very pleased with this so I could still run all my errands with my kids in the am. The following day I received a call my car was ready! I picked up my car around 7pm and everything was perfect! Fair price and great customer service. I will be bringing my Subaru for service here all the time now. Thanks!
2008 Tribeca
Love, Love, LOVE my new Tribeca! Everything my salesman Gary told me was true! I waited until first snow to write a review because i was skeptical about the AWD in Subaru. This past snowstorm we had NO problem at all driving the Tribeca in the storm! I felt safe as can be with my kids with me. I will be back for service soon! Thanks Gary, you truly where a pleasure to work with! I will recommend Gary for his great knowledge of the Subaru and no pressure buying! Bill kolb Subaru had the largest selection of tribecas to look at in my price range! love my Subaru!

Hi,
I just wanted to shoot you a quick message to compliment you on the absolute professionalism and courtesy I received by Greg at the service department this morning and this afternoon over the phone. After hitting a pot hole on my way home from a fishing trip this past weekend I got a dent in my tire rim. I consider myself lucky to have gotten the opportunity to deal with Greg this morning and found him to be a pleasant, generous person who did not seem like he was looking to take advantage of my car troubles and capitalizing off of my bad day. He appears to be an honest, caring individual who is an extremely valuable asset to your service team. His energy, spirit, and hard work ethic are clear and apparent and his expertise and knowledge were obvious. This car was the first car I ever bought from Bill Kolb and this was the first time I have ever brought my car in for any kind of service (I usually get my oil changed elsewhere) and I can tell you, I will be back again as a result of this experience. It is very noticeable that Bill Kolb Jr. is a business that operates with a high set of values and ethics and is always looking to provide the best and fairest possible service to its customers. As I was dropping my car off for service, I overheard other customers who were going to be waiting for their cars being offered coffee or water. I am amazed at how stellar the customer service is and wanted to convey my complete satisfaction.

Used 2006 Impreza
I looked at a few dealers and it came down to Ramsey and Bill Kolb Jr Subaru. Went to ramsey first because there closer and what a waste of my time... In result Bill Kolb Subaru had a larger selection, better prices, and customer service. If your in NJ don't waste your time at Ramsey, go to bill kolb! Bob (our sales rep) was excellent with everything and we LOVE OUR NEW SUBARU! we will be back for service and our next Subaru!
